Admissions Process:
1. Application: To initiate the admissions process, please collect and fill out the offline application form available at our school front desk. Ensure that all required information is provided accurately and completely.
2. Eligibility: Nikunj Public School offers admissions to students based on the CBSE guidelines. We accept students from various backgrounds, and our admission criteria align with CBSE regulations.
3. Age Criteria: For admission to the Nursery/Pre-School level, the child should be at least 3 years old as of 31st March of the academic year. The age criteria for other classes are based on the CBSE norms.
4. Documents Required: Please prepare the following documents for submission during the admissions process:
5. Entrance Examination: Depending on the grade level, students may be required to appear for an entrance examination. The examination will assess the student's aptitude and academic proficiency in line with CBSE guidelines.
6. Interaction and Interview: Shortlisted candidates and their parents/guardians will be invited for interaction and interview with our faculty members. This step allows us to understand the student's interests, aspirations, and overall suitability for our school.
7. Admission Decision: The final admission decision will be communicated to the parents/guardians via email or phone. Admissions are granted based on the availability of seats and the student's performance in the entrance examination, interview, and interaction.
8. Fee Payment: Once admission is confirmed, parents/guardians will be required to complete the fee payment process within the stipulated time frame to secure the student's enrolment at Nikunj Public School.

Fees: For the academic Year 2026-2027 (Add fees until the 10th)
Important Fee Payment Guidelines
1.Quarterly Fee Payment Schedule:
•Fees for each quarter will be due in the first month of the respective quarter.
•Example:
•Quarter 1: Fees due in April
•Quarter 2: Fees due in July
•Quarter 3: Fees due in October
•Quarter 4: Fees due in January
2. Annual Fee Rebate:
• Parents who deposit the full tuition fees for the entire Academic Year 2026-27 in the month of April will be eligible for a l0% rebate on the total fees.
3. Admit Card Policy:
• Examination Admit Cards will be issued only after clearing all outstanding fees from previous quarters.
4. Late Fee Penalty:
• A fine will be imposed on delayed fee payments. Parents are requested to ensure timely payment to avoid penalties.
5. Examination Registration Fee (Class 9 & 10):
• Examination registration fees for Class 9 and 10 will be collected separately as per CBSE norms.
6. This fee Structure is applicable for Academic year 2026-2027 only.
